TV Rain has been included to the register of «media foreign agents». As a representative of the Ministry of Justice later explained at the HRC meeting, TV Rain distributed materials created by other «foreign agents» (including Meduza, Voice of America, Current Time, and human rights activist Lev Ponomaryov).
