TV Rain removed from its website the material of February 15 after Rosneft filed a lawsuit in Moscow arbitration on February 25. In the programme Here and Now, oil and gas expert Mikhail Krutikhin called Igor Sechin’s statement that Rosneft finished the year with a profit, unlike all other oil companies in the world, a lie. The defendants are the TV channel, its employee Denis Katayev, and Krutikhin.
