A film crew was not allowed into a meeting of the coordinating council of chairs of deputy factions in the Poltava City Council. At first, the City Council guard did not let in the journalists. After this, Vitaliy Ulybin, director of the press service of the Poltava City Council, explained the situation: he justified the barring of the media by the fact that limited access was in effect.
