The Sovetsky District Court partially satisfied the claim of Vice Governor Alexander Korobko for the protection of honour, dignity and business reputation. The court found the information from Chernov's April article about using garbage bags instead of shoe covers at the local COVID-19 hospital was defamatory. The co-defendant in the claim was Gorodskoy TV channel, on whose website the similar article was published.
