The film crew of the local TV channel was not allowed to cover the meeting of the coordinating council of the city council, where the topic of the city's preparation for the winter period was to be discussed. Officials explained their ban by the fact that they would be discussing strategic objects but did not put it to an official vote that the meeting was being held behind closed doors.
