The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow has registered an administrative report drawn up by Roskomnadzor against TV channel TV-3 for disseminating information about LGBT among minors. The date for consideration of the report has not been set yet. The article of the Code of Administrative Offences on LGBT propaganda provides for a fine of up to RUB 4 million or administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
