The Economic Court of Minsk considered the appeal of LLC «TUT BAI Media», which did not agree with the decision to deprive the online news outlet TUT.BY status of media. The Court found no grounds for the annulment of the ruling. As of 19 January, it officially takes effect - TUT.by has been deprived of the mass media status.
