Veaceslav Lupov, the mayor of Taraclia, prohibited Tuk.md journalist from filming his meeting with voters. The meeting itself took place in a public place. Lupov and his supporters were aggressive towards Tuk.md journalist, asking the journalist to turn off the camera and threatening him with health problems.
