Employees of the Petropavlovsk City Akimat prohibited Tolegen Imanov, the journalist and author of the YouTube channel Law Abiding Citizen, from filming in the building. The journalist was covering water supply problems in several housing communities in the regional center. An employee of the Akimat asked to stop filming, referring to the ban of his superior, and the security guard of the building did not let the journalist pass to the head of the department, saying that it was not allowed to pass with a camera. The head of the security never came down to see the journalist. Later, Imanov did get to the meeting of residents with the Akim of the city (the guards did not prevent him), and the Akimat employee who had prohibited him from filming in the foyer of the building confirmed that there was no ban on filming.
