On April 13, the resident of Kostanay Zh. Kuzhubayeva sent a pre-trial claim to TobolInfo News Agency LLP regarding the article «Bullying of a child in a Kostanay school began with a conflict between mother and teacher», published on March 2, 2023. The claim states that the agency disseminated information defaming the honor, dignity, and business reputation of a teacher who had worked at the school for more than 20 years. Kuzhubayeva demands to refute the published information and to pay compensation for moral damage in the amount of KZT 1,000,000 (about USD 2,200).
