The Kostanay Regional Court accepted for consideration the appeal of Invest Stroy 2024 LLP against the court’s decision on the company’s claim against news agency TobolInfo and Honey House KZ. Earlier, on March 2, the Specialised Inter-District Economic Court refused to satisfy the claims of Invest Stroy 2024 LLP. The plaintiff demanded to oblige the defendants to refute information defaming the business reputation of Invest Stroy 2024, apologise publicly, and reimburse the expert’s expenses in the amount of KZT 250,000. The reason for the lawsuit was the article «The employment department of the Akimat of the Naurzum District used counterfeit products for children from low-income families», which was published on August 8, 2022.
