The cameraman arrived at the Osh City Hall with his colleague to interview the deputy mayor Zhasur Azimov. When the journalists arrived, there were visitors waiting at the door of the official's office. The reporters asked the visitors to let them through without waiting in line, but they did not agree. The journalists stayed to wait their turn, but one of the visitors, according to Ernis uulu, became aggressive toward them. «I said we would wait, but he started swearing. I politely asked him not to swear. But he suddenly hit me», – said the cameraman. Timurlan Ernis uulu asked for medical assistance and filed a complaint with the police.
