Timur Darkhanov, a civic activist and creator of Just Aksay, an Internet community on Facebook, published a post on February 27 in which he openly expressed his opinion about the situation with the COVID-19 and expressed distrust regarding the control of visitors. After this, Darkhanov was summoned to the police precinct, where police and a prosecutor explained to him the ban on his organization and calls to rallies. According to the activist, he had not called on anyone to go to rallies.
