Tumashevich was detained on the eve of the protest action. He was charged with Part 2 of Article 20.2 of Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (organisation of an unauthorised public event) for the April action against conscription. From January 23 to 25, Timofey was held in the police station without water and food, and was not given the packages brought by his friends.
