Timofey Radzikhovsky, activist and administrator of the group «Kaluga Oblast Civil Society», left Russia and is in the Netherlands. On August 4, Radzikhovsky entered into correspondence with Dmitry Medvedev under a post on the social network VKontakte about the blocking of the YouTube channel of Dmitry Puchkov (Goblin). Radzikhovsky advised the deputy secretary of the Security Council: «Would you stop drinking already?». The police then detained Radzikhovsky’s acquaintance, journalist Denis Starostin, and asked him about Radzikhovsky. The social network VKontakte removed Radzikhovsky and other activists from the administrators of the group the group «Kaluga Oblast Civil Society».
