Mutaeva along with 10 other former and current DOXA employees were summoned for questioning by the Investigative Committee. All of them were supposedly witnesses in a libel case against an investigator (Part 2 of Article 298.1 of the Criminal Code), brought against DOXA editor Vladimir Metelkin. There are four defendants in the main DOXA case (on the involvement of minors in protests), who have been banned from taking part in certain events.
