The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Gomel has recognised the TikTok account radiounet (tiktok.com/@radiounet) as extremist informational material. It is one of the online resources of the Radyjo Unet project, which operated for four years as part of the Polish radio station Radio Wnet. On the basis of the court’s ruling, the Belarusian Ministry of Information added the online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and possession of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
