The Moscow District Court of Minsk has recognised a TikTok page titled “nnvideotv” (identifier: tiktok.com/@nnvideotv) as extremist informational material. The account belongs to the Belarusian independent media outlet Nasha Niva. On the basis of the court’s decision, the Belarusian Ministry of Information added the online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
