The Kruhlyansky District Court of the Mogilev Region has declared the TikTok account titled "Liohki Belsat" (ID: tiktok.com/@belsat_l?_t=ZM-8wPArlhzmpZ&_r=1) to be extremist informational material. The account is an online resource of the independent television channel Belsat. On the basis of the court’s decision, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added this TikTok account to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
