The Leninsk District Court of Hrodna has recognised the TikTok account of the Belarusian investigative publication BureauMedia as extremist information content. On the basis of the court ruling, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added these online resources to the Republican list of extremist materials. Under Belarusian law, the dissemination and possession of materials deemed extremist carry administrative liability for both publishers and users.
