The Golovinsky District Court of Moscow fined the editor-in-chief of TV Rain Tikhon Dzyadko RUB 35,000 for the absence of «foreign agent» labelling in publications on his social networks accounts (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Dzyadko lives outside Russia and was included in the register of «foreign agents» in November 2022.
