The Golovinsky District Court of Moscow approved the investigators’ request to arrest in absentia Tikhon Dzyadko, the editor-in-chief of Dozhd TV. He is accused of violating the “foreign agents” law (Part 2, Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code) and of spreading so-called “fake news” about the military (Clause “e,” Part 2, Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code).
