The Petrogradsky District Court of St. Petersburg has registered senator Vladimir Kozhin’s lawsuit against Nebokhod-Media LLC. The lawsuit concerns the publications that appeared on the Telegram channel of the online media The Moscow Post in September — in the senator’s opinion, the publications contained false information that discredited his honor, dignity, and business reputation. The senator asked the court to order the media to publish a refutation.
