The Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined the media outlet The Insider for not marking its status as a «foreign agent» (Part 1 of Article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Two fines of RUB 500,000 each were imposed on the media outlet. After being included in the register of «foreign agents», The Insider refused to comply with the marking requirement.
