The Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined The Insider RUB 400,000 for not labelling its publications as «foreign agent» (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The Insider was included in the register of «media foreign agent» in July 2021, and a year later — in the list of «undesirable» organisations.
