A criminal case has been initiated against the azadlıq.info journalist Tezehan Miralamli. The journalist was charged under Article 221.1 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. A person named Ata Abdullaev complained about Miralamli. Abdullaev introduces himself as a blogger and he participates in most of the mass actions together with police officers. He is known as a provocateur executing police orders. He claims that Miralamli used violence against him.
