The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Homel has ruled that the Ukrainian network of Telegram channels Trukha, as well as the project’s accounts on social media—including 9 Instagram pages, 3 Threads pages, and accounts on Facebook, TikTok, Odnoklassniki, and several YouTube channels—constitute extremist informational material. In total, this covers more than 50 online resources across different platforms. On the basis of the court’s decision, the Belarusian Ministry of Information added these online resources to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
