The Zhodino City Court of Minsk Region has ruled that the Telegram channel SJ Editorial: Regional Samizdat of Belarus (identifier: t.me/silver_journal) constitutes extremist informational material. On the basis of the court’s decision, the Belarusian Ministry of Information added this online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
