The Partizansky District Court of Minsk has declared the Telegram channel "Gurnevich" (identifier: t.me/dhurnievic) to be extremist informational content. The channel has over a thousand subscribers and is run by journalist Dzmitry Hurnevich of the Belarusian Service of Radio Svaboda. Based on the court's decision, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added the online resource to the "Republican List of Extremist Materials." According to Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entails administrative liability for both publishers and users.
