The Leninsky District Court of Brest has recognised the Telegram channel “Charter 97%”, with the identifier (t.me/charter97org), as extremist information material. On the basis of the court’s decision, the Belarusian Ministry of Information has added the online resource to the “Republican List of Extremist Materials”. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and possession of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
