On September 12, Telara Gelantia, journalist and editor of BM.GE, was not allowed to attend a government press conference. The government press service told her that she «asks a lot of questions and disturbs her colleagues». The journalist contacted the press service employee Nino Tskhadadze in advance, provided information about her presence, and received confirmation, but when she entered the government administration she was told she was not on the list.
