During the the pro-EU demonstration in Tbilisi, police physically assaulted journalists and media workers. Photographer Tbel Abuseridze was affected by tear gas during the dispersal of the anti-government protest outside of the Parliament. Riot police used pepper spray and tear gas, as well as water canon against protesters. As a result of the attack, Tbel Abuseridze required medical help.
