Tatyana Smirnova, the head of the VKontakte group Reflection.Karelia was summoned to the republican prosecutor’s office. She was denounced by Yulia Alipova, head of the department for the protection of cultural heritage in Karelia: the official did not like readers’ comments on Smirnova’s article about the destruction of unique historical wooden temples in Karelia. Alipova resigned after the prosecutor’s investigation began.
