The Presnensky District Court of Moscow fined TV host Tatyana Lazareva RUB 30,000 for the absence of the «foreign agent» label in her publications (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The Ministry of Justice declared Lazareva a «foreign agent» in April 2022, indicating her source of funding as Ukraine. Lazareva has repeatedly criticised the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
