Tatyana Felgenhauer and her colleagues were detained near the Ministry of Internal Affairs Head Office on Petrovka Street for individual pickets in support of Ilya Azar, a journalist and municipal deputy arrested for 15 days. Felgenhauer was released from the police with reports under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of picketing rules) and Article 3.18.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of Moscow (violation of self-isolation).
