The flat of Hlybokaye-based freelance journalist Tatsiana Smotkina was searched. After the search, the law enforcers confiscated her mobile phone and a computer system unit. Smotkina said that the search was carried out by police officers on the basis of the authorisation of the prosecutor of the Hlybokaye District. «The reason — Part 1 of Article 13 the Criminal Code (incitement to hatred). On April 12, someone allegedly posted a video about some explosives in the Telegram channel Hlybokaye for Life. The police thought that I might be involved in spreading information about it», — she said.
