In the morning, the deputy prosecutor of the Hlybokaye district, Yan Sasnouski, came to the journalist's apartment to give her a preventive talk about the inadmissibility of unlawful actions. According to the prosecutor, the reason for the visit was that this year Tatsiana Smotkina had been held administratively liable for cooperation with a foreign media without accreditation (Paragraph 3 of Article 23.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus).
