The officers of the Investigative Committee came to the apartment of the freelance journalist Tatsiana Smotkina in the morning. Investigator Ivankou asked where her husband was, then questioned her about the criminal case of insulting Alexander Lukashenko (Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). Allegedly, last year, someone placed fly-sheets with insulting content on the doors of the apartment building where the journalist lives.
