Journalist Tatsiana Harhalyk was detained using physical force during the dispersal of a protest rally and taken to the Oktyabrsky police department. There, a report was drawn up on her for the violation of the legislation on mass events (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus), after which she was released until trial.
