Industrial District Court of Khabarovsk arrested Khlestunova for 10 days under the article of participation in a public assembly creating an obstruction to traffic (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) for her coverage of the protest of November 28. On December 10, the court reversed the ruling. Khlestunova was detained again on December 2, immediately after serving four days of arrest under the same article. She kept a hunger strike in the detention center.
