Security from KazMediaOrtalygy attacked Tamara Vaal, a journalist from Vlast.kz, when she tried to record the comments of Kazakhstani Vice Premiere Roman Sklyar. A police officer and a second person in a business suit blocked journalists’ way. When Vaal tried to pass, they grabbed her and began to twist her arms behind her back. Later the Ministry of Information and Civic Development apologized for the incident.
