The Moscow Arbitration Court upheld the Moscow Metro's claim against Taisiya Bekbulatova, editor-in-chief of the publication Holod, for protection of its business reputation. The reason for the proceedings was a text published on the publication's Telegram channel about the harsh working conditions in the Moscow metro. The court found that the facts set out in the text were untrue and damaging to the business reputation. The court ordered Holod to remove the disputed publication and publish a retraction.
