The administration of the detention centre № 1 in Kemerovo filed a lawsuit for the protection of business reputation against the portal Taiga.info and coordinator of Sibir Pravovaya Dmitry Kamynin. The lawsuit concerns the material that referred to the arrest of Kamynin and another human rights defender, Vladimir Taranenko. The text quoted Kamynin’s letter to his mother, which said that he had been threatened with a «press-hat». The administration of the detention centre № 1 demanded to refute the information published in the Taiga.info report.
