Director General of Next TV Taalai Duyshenbiyev was charged with another crime. This was reported by his lawyer Timur Sultanov. According to him, the charges were brought under Article 330 of the Criminal Code(inciting racial, ethnic, national, religious, and inter-regional hatred (discord). This is the second episode: on March 3, Duyshenbiyev was detained and sentenced to two months in the detention center under this article. According to the investigation, the TV channel, using resources on social networks, disseminated false information about the alleged agreement on Kyrgyzstan's provision of military assistance to Russia during a special operation in Ukraine. The media cited the former head of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan as the source.
