The Tagansky District Court of Moscow arrested 63-year-old Svetlana Orzhevskaya in absentia on charges of spreading military “fakes” motivated by political hatred (clause “d” of part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). Svetlana Orzhevskaya is the mother of Moscow activist and blogger Igor Orzhevsky. Together, they run a website Orzhevskii.com where they collect aid for Ukraine and publish news about the war. The activists also regularly post photos of themselves with anti-war posters. A criminal case has been opened against Igor Orzhevsky on four counts.
