In the Ust-Koksinsky district of the Altai Republic, the court fined Svetlana Makukha, the former correspondent of the newspaper Listok, RUB 15,000 under an article on «discrediting» the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, she published «discrediting» materials on one of the social networks. Sergey Mikhailov, the owner of Listok, is under arrest for «military fakes» (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
