VK group 'Svaboda ART ـ Беларусь' (vk.com/svaboda_art) has been designated 'extremist content' by a Chashniki district court in the Vitebsk region. The group has over 18,000 members and is a project run by Radio Free Europe Belarus. Based on the court's decision, the Ministry of Information added the resource to its 'Republic List of Extremist Materials'.
