On September 15, in the National Assembly of Armenia, a verbal altercation arose between the correspondent of the news website MediaHub.am Ani Gevorgyan and the deputy of the ruling parliamentary faction Civil Contract Christine Poghosyan, during which the deputy threatened to throw her phone at the journalist. Tension also arose during the dialogue between the correspondent of the news website Yerevan.Today Suzy Badoyan and other representatives of the same faction. As a result, the Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan instructed the security service to expel both journalists from the parliament building. Force was used against Ani Gevorgyan. The cameramen of news websites MediaHud.am and Yerevan.Today Eric Tovmasyan and Geghaznik Hovakimyan were also taken out of the parliament building. Force was also used against the latter.
