The specialized inter-district economic court of the West Kazakhstan region held a hearing on the claim of the company Global Informations Systems to the owner and founder of information portals Moy Gorod and Nadezhda — Mediastart-2012 LLP and Status LLP about the recognition of information not corresponding to reality. The plaintiff disputes the information that the program for monitoring the situation with snow and garbage removal developed by Global Informations Systems does not work as it was intended. The publications cited the direct speech of the head of the relevant department of the Akimat Zh. Duysengaliyev, in which he spoke unflatteringly about the development of the company. The court dismissed the claim.
