Specialized Inter-District Economic Court of West Kazakhstan region held a hearing on the lawsuit of the Global informations systems company to the owner and founder of the My City and Hope information portals – Mediastart-2012 LLP and Status LLP – about the recognition of information not corresponding to the reality. The plaintiff disputes the information that the program for monitoring the snow and garbage removal situation developed by the Global informations systems does not work as intended. The publications cited the direct speech of the head of the relevant department of the akimat J. Duysengaliyev, in which he spoke unflatteringly about the product of the company. The court dismissed the lawsuit.
